“I can do so many things now that I couldn’t with our previous system, and the collaborative support from Novus has been great.”
While cities and towns recognize the value of aggregated data that comes from salary and benefits surveys, most find the submission process tedious and time-consuming. This administrative burden is partially due to the technology used by leagues to conduct surveys. Many of the survey tools lack a level of sophistication needed to automate certain steps or eliminate redundancies.

What Type Of Organizations Use This System?

A Tool For Demonstrating Responsible Fiscal Management
The value to municipalities of access to accurate, comprehensive salary and benefits data extends well beyond merely comparing salary levels with neighboring towns. It allows them to more easily illustrate legislative impact. It helps with instilling trust among employees and union representatives.
