Submitting a Ticket

When in need of technical assistance, please submit a ticket. You can do this by sending a brief email to help@novusinsight.com describing your technical questions and/or concerns. You can reply to this email at any time (as long as the subject line remains unchanged) to update your ticket, make changes, submit additional information, or request a status update.

If you are unable to send an email, please call (860) 282-4200 and dial 1 to reach our remote support team. If a technician does not answer immediately, please leave a brief voice message with your name, organization and a brief description of your issue. This will submit a ticket on your behalf.

Client Portal

For Microsoft 365 and Google Apps users, you can log in on our web portal with the email address you used to submit your ticket to view and update your ticket status.

Additionally, managers can request access to view all of their organization’s tickets. Contact Kelly Halligan for more details.
