Novus Room & Resource Reservation Portal
The portal provides employees and facilities departments with an intuitive, simple-to-learn system that automates reservation processes which previously required access to multiple, disconnected systems. It can quite easily be customized to an organization’s specific workflows and automates functions such as administrator-controlled user entry and permissions, meeting room reservations, payment processing for facilities or equipment, event scheduling, digital signage integration, document storage, guest WiFi enablement, user support ticketing, and more.

Novus Choice is a web-based platform that addresses school choice challenges faced by magnet, charter and other schools when collecting applications, conducting school lotteries, managing wait lists, and integrating with other enrollment functions. The system is designed for flexibility, allowing for customization without a considerable amount of effort and cost. This gives schools their own look, feel and functionality at a price well below what customized software typically costs.

Novus Kiosk
Our visitor management kiosk is a combination of software and hardware that streamlines visitor check-in. It prompts visitors for their name, affiliation, reason for visit, time in/time out, and any other information required when visitors enter the facility. The system can also query external databases if needed (the national ITAR restriction database, for example) and print photo ID badges. It then can assign visitors to scheduled events or meetings. Enabling pre-registration of large groups of visitors is also a capability.
