We first come up with a thorough requirements list to understand the implementation scope of work. Because of the self-serviceable design of our solution, we then determine what aspects of the implementation will be handled by a client and what will be handled by Novus. This produces a one-time implementation cost estimate.
We then charge an all-inclusive annual service & support fee based in part on the implementation’s size and complexity and the amount of support will be required from us throughout the year.
