Is multi-user access to case files supported?
Yes, the system design offers significant flexibility to support various types of collaboration on a case file. Anyone with the necessary credentials and permissions can access case information. However, their actions can be tightly controlled through permissions, such as view-only access, viewing specific fields, or full access to view and make changes.
How extensive are the reporting capabilities?
Reporting is one of the strongest features of this platform. In fact, many clients aggregate data from multiple systems into it to take advantage of its reporting and data visualization capabilities. Users can filter and sort the data in many ways, view it in 30+ visual formats, easily generate ad hoc reports and share them with a single click, and create unlimited personalized dashboard views. Exporting to Excel, CSV or PDF is also done with a single click, as is integration with Power BI and Tableau (via native connectors).
Can our clients access the system?
Yes. In essence, they represent just another user whose actions are strictly controlled by permission settings. You determine exactly what they can see and do, and every action they take once logged in is captured in detail.
Can clients be easily tracked across multiple programs?
