Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness Point-In-Time (PIT) Count
The Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness (CCEH), in partnership with members and communities throughout the state, creates change through leadership, advocacy, and building the capacity of members and the field to respond to environmental challenges. Their collective mission is to prevent and end homelessness in Connecticut. Backdrop The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requires continuums of care (CoCs, federally funded organizations that oversee homeless services) to conduct point-in-time (PIT) homeless counts at the end of January.
